John Burroughs School Dining Hall

For this project, our scope involved all new MEPs, upgrading the existing facility to new ventilation standards, and providing provisions for all new kitchen equipment. We added new lighting and lighting controls, retrofitted old grease hoods to increase energy efficiency, and provided custom HVAC solutions that complemented the building’s 100+ year-old original structure.
