Mercy 65 Prime Plus Clinics

These 4,000+ SF projects were interior remodels of vacant spaces adjacent to an existing Mercy Clinic. 65 Prime Plus by Mercy Primary Care is specially designed for Medicare patients ages 65 and older. Our team was hired to perform the MEP/HVAC modifications required to bring the spaces up to meet Mercy Retail Clinic Guidelines. Design services for the Clinics included existing conditions documentation, design development and construction documents, bidding and construction administration services.
