Missouri Delta Outpatient Rehab and Clinics Facility

The project consists of a ground-up 23,245 SF single story building located on approximately 10 acres and represents a solution to the strategic expansion needs of MDMC’s outpatient rehab service line, along with outpatient podiatry and occupational medicine clinics.

The outpatient rehab portion of the building will contain services for physical therapy, occupational therapy, pediatric therapy, work rehab, warm water therapy and supportive ancillary services. The outpatient clinics portion will contain 10 large exam rooms, pulmonary function testing, audiology testing, imaging, phlebotomy and drug screening.
