Our team provided MEP Engineering for the Ardent Health Portneuf Urgent Care in Chubbuck, ID. This ground-up, 3,800 SF, single-story Urgent Care offers 6 exam rooms and radiology and is part of the new nationwide expansion program for Ardent Health, done in conjunction with their development partner, OGA. The facility opened February 2026.
