State Fairgrounds Maintenance Facility

M/E1 provided MEP engineering as part of a design-build team with Curtis-Manes-Schulte Construction to design a new 20,000 SF maintenance facility. The design included new facilities for mechanics, carpentry, painting, and welding shops. The facility includes a state of the art drive-in paint booth, 2 post vehicular lifts, maintenance pit for servicing vehicles, mezzanines in each shop for additional storage, private offices, conference center, and café.
