90,000 SF project area. Renovation of existing air force clinic space while maintaining spaces remained open during construction. Over 13 phases with new to existing connections for sanitary/vent, natural gas, storm, domestic, etc. New domestic hot water heaters, thermostatic mixing valves, etc. While construction occurred, some spaces worked in modular trailers that required all new plumbing piping and equipment.

4,800 SF project area. An interior remodel of a vacant space adjacent to an existing Mercy Clinic. 65 Prime Plus by Mercy Primary Care is specially designed for Medicare patients ages 65 and older. Our team was hired to perform modifications will be required to bring the space up to meet Mercy Retail Clinic Guidelines. Design services for the Clinic included existing conditions documentation, design development and construction documents, bidding and construction administration services.

50,000 SF of project area. Replacement of pressure reducing valves, and shut off valves for domestic piping through 7 floors of the VA.

5,000 - 10,000 SF of project area. Took over from an existing partnered firm and provided 100% Construction Documents that detailed a sanitary vacuum system with HEPA filter applications to allow the lab to function as a quarantine space with zero chance of outside influence.

17,000 SF project area. Ground up new shipping facility space for the base. All new domestic piping, domestic water heaters, sanitary/vent, and natural gas. Infrared heated floors as well.

20,000 SF project area. Renovation of a certain space on the air force base. Provided plumbing piping for new fixtures while maintaining space remained open during construction.it was a mix of office space and maintenance spaces, as well as renovation of the existing boiler room. We tapped into existing domestic water and natural gas piping to route new piping to fixtures and air handling units.
