Michelle is the Director of Business Development, leading the federal government market nationwide. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the AEC industry, including nearly 15 years focused on federal business development. In addition to directing the federal market, Michelle supports M/E 1’s business development efforts to expand its healthcare presence across state and federal programs.
Michelle plays a key role in positioning CASCO and M/E 1 for contract opportunities as both prime and subconsultant, leveraging her extensive client relationships and industry network to identify pursuits and secure strategic teaming partners.
